Given how sore my knee was on Friday, I didn't expect to be able to run today. The discomfort had completely disappeared by Friday evening however, so I was good to go.
Yesterday (Saturday) I was contacted by Gavin, who lives in the same village about coming along for a run today and I leapt at the opportunity. Gavin was great company and the miles just flew in. Got a decent time, too, considering the hills we ran.
The fundraising total also topped £700 plus Gift Aid today, so thank you so much for all your support.
